In short, as the market leader, we feel that we would be doing you a disservice if we didn’t advise you to ask your present supplier the following questions:

1. Are they a certified supplier for printing the UL logo?

2. Have they achieved the ISO9001:2000 Quality Standard?

3. Do they always deliver a quick turnaround of products when you need them?

4. Can they provide low cost prototyping within five days?

5. Can you be assured that you are receiving the highest levels of quality because of 100% final inspection?

6. Is there someone always available to provide full technical assistance on materials?

7. Is your supplier compliant with the Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)?

8. Are you provided with a state-of-the-art bar-coding system, which provides you with full tracking of products?

9. Are you immediately given direct access to experienced designers who can assist you with the design of a new part?

10. Does your supplier have a strict Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy which includes the vetting of overseas suppliers to ensure that staff are treated correctly and child workers are not used?
