Membrane Testing
At Fascia Graphics® as a matter of course 100% inspection is carried out on all Membrane Keypads and delivered to our customers with test results attached. Our thorough testing procedures also include switch actuation/life testing and all circuits are tested during the print run to ensure that the current is constant throughout the batch.
In addition to this, and to ensure the highest quality standards, back-ups are taken of the system every night and serial numbers are added to all Membrane Keypads for trace ability.
