How do you measure Quality?

How do you measure Quality?

There are usually three main points why a buyer will choose to go with a manufacturer; price, delivery and quality. When it comes to price and delivery it is very easy to measure, however when it comes to quality this is much harder.

Quality has a pragmatic interpretation; it is perceptual, conditional and somewhat subjective.

As you are probably aware the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) mark is the most widely recognised safety certification mark in the world and UL has been a product safety leader for over 100 years – widely acknowledged for its safety standards, integrity and independence.

Similarly ISO certification is also a nationally recognised certification that is awarded to a company after it has been audited and found that the systems and personnel are working to the QA procedures set out in the ISO manual.

For us here at Fascia Graphics® quality is paramount and this is why UL accreditation and ISO certification has been so important.

Since receiving UL PGDQ2 & PGAA accreditation and ISO certification, we have continued to rapidly increase our customer base.

The UL recognition mark has meant that all UL approved Fascia Graphics® products have been tested and evaluated to nationally recognised safety standards with regard to the applicable safety standards.

The ISO certification allows our manufacturing process to be more efficient and effective, ensuring that our Membrane Switches, Graphic Overlays and Labels are produced to the highest standard.
