Outdoor Membrane Keyboards that Last
When deciding to purchase a custom membrane keyboard, it is important that it is tailor made for the environment it is to be placed in.
Before ordering, you should carefully consider what you want out of your membrane keyboard. Is it going to be situated indoors or outdoors? Does it need to be water resistant? Is it going to be subjected to UV light? High or low temperatures?
By asking these questions before hand you can make sure that your potential membrane keyboard supplier has the capabilities to provide you with the membrane keyboard you need, prior to ordering.
At Fascia Graphics®, our experienced sales team will discuss any detail with you, what the intended use is for your membrane keyboard and what specific requirements you may have.
If your membrane keyboard is to be situated outdoors, then we can utilize specialist UV-resistant materials. By using UV-resistant materials, the membrane keyboard can be protected from ‘bleaching’ in the suns UV rays. This allows the membrane keyboard to keep its colour and appearance, with all important information such as key labels remaining legible.
Our custom membrane keyboards can also be manufactured to IP65, IP67 or IP68 rating. So if your membrane keyboard is to be situated outdoors in a typically wet environment, it can be manufactured to a higher IP rating, so functionality remains when exposed to liquids.
