The Importance of Continuous Investment

The Importance of Continuous Investment

Continuous investment is very important to us here at Fascia Graphics®, not only the investment in new cutting edge technology such as the Sakurai MS80-SD cylinder press, but also the continuous investment in our staff.

Fascia Graphics have in the past run programmes such as ‘Train to Gain’ and have recently embarked on ‘Growth Accelerator’  a government-backed service that helps ambitious businesses to grow through coaching, workshops and  leadership/management training.

These programmes have also allowed us to set up apprenticeship schemes, where participants can gain valuable practical knowledge in one of our apprenticeship roles, while also undergoing a NVQ course in partnership with Wiltshire College and Avon Vale Training.

Because we take time to nurture and support our staff here at Fascia Graphics®, we have a high staff retention percentage, currently averaging out at in excess of nine years.

A prime example of our staff retention and nurturing policies is our Operations Manager Gary Knowles. Gary started with the company in 1994 on the production line making membrane keyboards and through training and support Gary has risen up through the ranks to become a very important member of our strong management team.

Continuity is a very important factor at Fascia Graphics, while never being afraid to add strength to the team; we will if possible look to work with our team and training providers to continually improve.
